What we collect

• Account information: Your name and email address, provided at API key registration
• API key: A pseudonymous identifier used to authenticate requests and enforce tier limits
• Verification history: A log of entities queried via your API key, including timestamps and results, retained for audit trail and compliance purposes
• Usage metadata: Request counts, rate limit events, and error rates, used for service operation and pricing

What we do not collect

• We do not track your activity outside of the Service
• We do not serve advertising or share your data with advertising networks
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We do not use cookies for tracking purposes

Data retention

Verification audit records are retained for a minimum of seven years to support compliance use cases. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us, subject to our obligations to retain audit records.

Third-party data processors

Service infrastructure is operated on servers located in New Zealand. We use self-hosted infrastructure via Cloudflare for compute and connectivity.
